We are a small product. We do not have hundreds of G2 reviews, and we will not manufacture them. Here is how we collect reviews, what we publish and what we refuse to do.

How we collect reviews
After the workflow, not after the invoice.
- 01We ask after a clinic has run a real patient workflow, not on the day it signs up.
- 02We ask for specific feedback: response time, booking requests, handoffs and what the team stopped doing manually.
- 03We ask for written permission to publish the clinic name and the quote.
- 04We publish the date and the clinic type so readers can judge relevance.
What we will not do
No review theatre.
- No invented customer names or clinic logos.
- No purchased reviews or review swaps.
- No star rating without a real, verifiable review base.
- No deleting a negative review instead of responding to it.
- No claim that a review is 'verified' unless we have checked it.
Current status
Reviews are being collected, not fabricated.
We are onboarding pilot clinics and will publish verified reviews here as they are approved. If you are evaluating ClinicBot now, ask us for a live walkthrough and a reference conversation instead of relying on a rating that does not exist yet.
