Terms of Service

ClinicBot provides software for clinic accounts, patient messaging, appointment workflows and related administration. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the plan and features enabled for your account.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your credentials, and ensuring that people using your account are authorized to do so.

A clinic is responsible for the accuracy of its published information, its appointment availability and policies, the channels it enables, and the staff workflows used to monitor conversations. The clinic must have the rights and permissions needed to provide information and instructions through the service.

Clinics are also responsible for their patient-facing privacy notices, consent and disclosure requirements, data retention choices, and decisions about how patient information is used. Contact your privacy or legal advisor about requirements that apply to your practice.

ClinicBot supports administrative questions and appointment workflows. It does not provide medical, dental or other professional care, diagnose conditions, determine clinical urgency or replace a qualified professional.

Clinics must provide their own instructions for emergencies and clinical questions. Users should not rely on ClinicBot for urgent care or treatment decisions.

Clinics remain responsible for the content and data they add or connect to ClinicBot, including website information, uploaded materials and patient communications. The clinic grants ClinicBot permission to process that content as needed to provide the service.

We may update, maintain or change parts of the service as it develops. Availability can depend on third-party infrastructure and messaging providers. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service operating, but uninterrupted availability is not promised on this page.

Plan features, prices and billing information are shown on the pricing page or in the account checkout flow. Subscription changes, payment processing and cancellation are handled according to the options presented for the account and the applicable billing provider terms.

Please contact support if you want to close an account or need help with access. We may restrict service access when reasonably necessary to protect accounts, comply with law, respond to abuse, or address a material service issue.
