Integrations

What ClinicBot connects to — and what it doesn't.

Most AI receptionist pages imply a deep PMS integration. ClinicBot does not have one. Here is the honest scope: WhatsApp, the website widget and your public clinic website. Your PMS stays the system of record.

  • WhatsApp
  • Website chat widget
  • Website import
  • No PMS write-back

Connected

WhatsApp

Patients message the clinic on WhatsApp. ClinicBot answers routine questions and captures booking requests in the same thread.

Connected

Website chat widget

A chat widget on the clinic website, using the same assistant and the same imported clinic information.

Imported

Public clinic website

ClinicBot imports the services, doctors, hours and published FAQs from the clinic website. No manual data entry for the first draft.

Not connected

The list most vendors hide.

  • No PMS write-back (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Curve, CareStack, ABELDent, Tab32).
  • No Google Calendar sync.
  • No phone answering or call-center routing.
  • No EHR or clinical-records integration.
  • No automated insurance verification.

Why no PMS write-back?

A half-built PMS integration creates two calendars, two sources of truth and a front desk that stops trusting both. ClinicBot captures the request; your team confirms it in the PMS. That is slower than a perfect integration and much safer than a broken one.

If two-way PMS write-back is a hard requirement, ClinicBot is not the right product today. We would rather lose the sale than sell a workflow that double-books patients.
