A note on integrations
No write-back is a feature, not a missing checkbox.
A half-built PMS integration is worse than no integration: appointments land in two systems, the front desk stops trusting both, and nobody knows which record is real. ClinicBot deliberately keeps the PMS as the source of truth. The assistant handles the conversation and captures the request; your team confirms it in Tab32.
If a two-way PMS integration is a hard requirement, ClinicBot is not the right product today. We would rather say that now than sell you a workflow that creates double bookings.
